About Jonathan Abreu, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Jonathan Abreu is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, he gained over 15 years of experience in hospital settings, including more than 10 years as a Registered Nurse, with much of his nursing career spent in the Emergency Department of a Level I Trauma Center.

Jonathan is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care that focuses on the whole person rather than just treating symptoms. He strongly believes in a holistic approach to healthcare, emphasizing the importance of self-care, preventive medicine, and healthy lifestyle choices. He encourages patients to take an active role in their health through proper nutrition, regular physical activity, quality sleep, stress management, and overall physical and mental well-being.

His goal is to help patients understand their health, feel comfortable discussing their concerns, and develop realistic, individualized treatment plans that combine evidence-based medicine with sustainable lifestyle changes. Jonathan believes that even small, consistent improvements in daily habits can make a meaningful difference in long-term health and quality of life.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, exploring new places, visiting amusement parks, and creating lasting family memories.
